What makes Calamityware porcelain special?
Our porcelain is produced in award-winning workshops in Poland using the traditional in-glaze technique. This ensures the whimsical designs are melted into the glaze, making them incredibly durable and smooth to the touch.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes! All our mugs, plates, and bowls are designed for daily use and are completely safe for both the microwave and the dishwasher.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your items. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our porcelain with extreme care, accidents happen. If an item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
