  Pack with Care

  Safely secure the items in their original boxes; since our porcelain and glassware are fragile, please use the original protective inserts to prevent further calamities.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
